
Embodied Recalibration Sessions
One-to-One Integrative Sessions
These one-to-one sessions offer a unique, integrative way to recalibrate the body and mind, easing stress, anxiety, depression, and overwhelm. By combining Core Process Psychotherapy with somatic movement, creativity, and time in nature, I create a safe and supportive space for you to release tension, reconnect, and rediscover balance.

Each session lasts three hours and is tailored to you. We decide together the interval between sessions—monthly, bi-monthly, or at a rhythm that suits your needs. To allow the work to unfold deeply and sustainably, a minimum of six sessions is required.
